Leadership Development Supplemental Module

After a week long course in leadership development, leaders at this company are required to complete this eLearning module. This course looks to reinforce the knowledge gained within the classroom through scenario-based learning. The justification for this module’s existence is to decrease the learning drop off from the classroom, but ensure that leaders also are able to apply their knowledge of the company’s leadership model in real scenarios.

Key Outcomes

  1. Launch of a globally available support module for all leaders attending a 7-day in-person course.

  2. Validation and additional data points to help with the review of in-person instructor-led training.
