Instructional Design Work

I have compiled a few key projects to showcase various industries and teams I’ve worked with in my years as an instructional designer. While I cannot readily supply direct links to some of the projects, I have showcased how the design process was laid out and the overall outcomes I observed for each of these projects.

Peer Education & Course Development

This course was the outcome of serving an organization of over 3,500 developers and their leadership teams. This journey started with a needs analysis and strategy building session, and ended with an instructor-led course being developed into an eLearning to create scalability and accessibility.

Efficiency Frameworks in Medical Education

As part of my own development journey in instructional design, I worked in tandem with my program direction to create an eLearning module to support and supplement the development of Internal Medicine residents in their early areas of their careers.

Leadership Development Module

As a supplemental course to a 5-day in-person leadership summit, I had the opportunity to work on an eLearning that supported the learning transfer of key concepts learned throughout the experience.

Other Design & Miscellaneous Skills

As an instructional designer, you are constantly evolving your skillsets. Often times, this includes things you’d never expect to be working on. This section is constantly growing as I develop my skills.
