My journey into L&D, like a lot of learning professionals, was not a traditional "go to university, get a job" path. I had a tremendous opportunity to start in medical education and fall deeply in love with learning and development on my own accord, which pushed me to want to be the best at what I do.

It's difficult to sum up all of the work that I've done in my 6+ years as a learning professional. One of the things I love most about being a learning professional is the opportunity and challenge to learn new industries quickly. One thing that's certain is that I'm passionate about continuously learning in the spaces I work in.
